About Us Our doors opened in October 2021 to provide innovative mental health resources to our community. We are proud to offer mental health evaluations, diagnosis, talk therapy, medication management, Genesight testing, and two innovative, FDA-approved treatments for depression: Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) & Spravato. We are the nearest practice within 50+ miles to offer these two treatments. Our staff shares the same passion of providing the highest quality of care to every individual who gives us a call or walks through our door. FULL-TIME POSITION
We are seeking a personable, highly motivated, and organized individual who can greet and assist patients, schedule appointments, maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy manner, and perform other administrative tasks. Minimum Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Experience working in a medical office preferred. Exemplary customer service and organizational skills required. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold HIPAA regulations Strong computer skills Excellent communication skills Ability to learn procedures and policies quickly Proven ability to handle confidential information and work with minimal supervision Be service-oriented with the ability to pay attention to details in a fast-paced environment Contribute to a positive work environment Act courteously and with tact in dealing with patients, visitors, and the public Strong empathy and ability to connect with people of all ages, cultures, and abilities Follow established treatment and office procedures Ability to adapt to new policies and procedures Must be willing to accept feedback Physically able to walk, stand, stoop, bend, and lift Visual and auditory dexterity Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in-person to patients, families, staff, vendors and the community Schedule appointments, update patient information, verify insurance, etc. Ensure completion of patient paperwork Collect copayments and past due balances at time of service Gather vitals such as height, weight, and blood pressure during check-in process Communicate with providers and staff to ensure efficiency Responsible for the organization and general neatness of the reception and lobby area Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages as needed Other administrative tasks as needed Benefits & Work Environment One hour lunch breaks Supportive and positive atmosphere
