Chillicothe, OH Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision, and medical insurance, as well as 401(k), direct deposit, and our referral bonus program Job Description As a Front Desk / Visitor Check-In Associate, you will be responsible for managing the front lobby area and serving as the first point of contact for all visitors. This role includes greeting guests, checking visitors in and out, issuing and maintaining visitor badges, and ensuring all entry procedures are followed. You will also maintain accurate logs, monitor lobby activity, and complete required end-of-shift documentation. This position requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities Greet visitors and provide a welcoming first impression Check visitors in and out according to established procedures Issue, track, and maintain visitor badges and credentials Maintain accurate visitor and attendance logs Verify visitor information and ensure compliance with entry protocols Monitor lobby and front desk activity to maintain a safe and organized environment Complete end-of-shift reports and documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Report any unusual activity or concerns to management Qualifications and Requirements Previous customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to accurately maintain records and logs Ability to work independently and follow established procedures Professional appearance and demeanor
