We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator II who is passionate about hospitality, thrives on building relationships, and takes pride in creating a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. As the first face residents, families, guests, and vendors see, you'll play an important role in shaping the daily experience of our community while helping coordinate transportation services that keep residents connected to the people and activities they love. What You'll Do Create exceptional first impressions through genuine connection and hospitality. Welcome residents, families, guests, and vendors with warmth, professionalism, and a smile. Manage front desk operations, incoming calls, and daily communications. Support the Business Manager with administrative and operational responsibilities. Coordinate resident transportation for appointments, outings, and community events. Partner with Drivers and community leaders to ensure transportation services are seamless and resident-focused. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support resident transportation needs. Live our Promise to Do for Each Other with Love in every interaction. What We're Looking For Experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or administrative support preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A heart for serving others and creating meaningful experiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail. Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling tools. Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality experience is a plus. Why Senior Star?
