Experience in administrative support, customer service, and multi-line phone systems is essential. Requirements:
Job Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Microsoft Office tools Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office operations Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a professional environment Job Qualifications Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or reception roles Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills; experience with multi-line phone systems preferred Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
