Job Description

Description You could have the opportunity to become a key player leading the lobby area at a growing firm, if you are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator opportunity. Robert Half is looking for candidates who are well-organized and motivated, and who are deeply passionate about providing high quality administrative support. This is a part time position working from Monday through Thursday each week from 8am-5pm through the summer. What you get to do every day
  • Manage special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants
  • Welcome and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers
  • Certify completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills
  • Wide ranging experience with Direct Visitors
  • Comprehension of Department Mail
  • Quality experience with Professional Phone Etiquette
  • Experience with Phone Etiquette
  • General familiarity with Pleasant Phone
  • Phone Coverage experience
  • Expertise in Inbound Telephone Calls
  • Proven knowledge of Phone Messages
  • Experience with Computer Data Entry
  • Strong familiarity with Schedule Travel
  • Skills in Daily Mail
  • Direct Phone Calls experience
  • Prior experience with data entry
  • Proficiency in Multiple Phone
  • Solid understanding of Computer Data Entry
  • Good understanding of On-site Visitors
  • Earlier work involving Assist Visitors
  • Hands-on experience with numeric data entry
  • Previous experience working with Direct Visitors
  • Well-founded grasp of Phone Operations
  • Practical knowledge of Pleasant Phone Manner
  • Expertise in Schedule Meetings
