Job Description

We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support daily front office activities in Dayton, Ohio. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience, managing administrative tasks, and keeping schedules organized in a fast-paced setting. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for visitors and callers while helping maintain efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors professionally, assist with check-in, and direct them to the appropriate staff or department
  • Manage incoming phone calls, respond to routine inquiries, and route messages accurately and promptly
  • Coordinate appointment calendars and support scheduling needs to help daily operations run smoothly
  • Maintain orderly front desk procedures while handling administrative tasks with attention to detail
  • Sort, distribute, and organize incoming mail and deliveries to ensure timely receipt by the correct recipients
