We're looking for a Receptionist with a compassionate mindset and a passion for helping seniors. A self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative. This team member loves caring for patients and knows how to develop lasting trust. Could this be you?
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, staff and guests. Answer and effectively triage all incoming telephone calls in a timely and professional manner. Comfortable with the computer and programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to assist with the handling of inquiry calls and tours. Proper dress, conduct, professionalism is to be evident at all times. Monitors the front lobby to ensure the safety and security of the community.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong verbal and written communications skills Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in the English language.
