CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREET GUESTS, CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT, TAKE RESERVATIONS ON THE TELEPHONE, ANSWER QUESTIONS FROM GUESTS, HELP WITH LAUNDRY & OTHER CLERICAL FUNCTIONS AS TIME ALLOWS.
Summary As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will create a welcoming first impression and provide seamless support to visitors and staff. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and coordinate scheduling and administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism. Leveraging strong customer service, organizational, and computer skills, you will ensure efficient office workflow, attentive guest inquiries, and timely information delivery while upholding our high standards of service. Your role is essential to maintaining a positive, well-organized front office environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, answer and route phone calls using multi-line systems, and manage front desk operations with professional demeanor. Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meeting room bookings; handle basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document proofreading. Provide excellent customer service, assist with office administrative duties, and support teammates to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain organized reception area, monitor office supplies, and uphold confidentiality and professional standards. Qualifications Proficient in computer skills and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) Strong customer service, clerical, and administrative experience Excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone handling Organizational skills with accurate data entry and filing Quick learner with basic accounting familiarity (prefer premium: QuickBooks) Comfortable in front desk/front desk operations; bilingual abilities a plus Time management and calendar coordination experience
