Job Description
The Receptionist will be working in a high-volume solution center. This position is customer-focused, requiring the ability to multi-task on telephones and computer software and coordinate and execute emails in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. An ideal Receptionist is an excellent communicator and an efficient problem-solver, with an ability to maintain patience and composure at all times.

Minimum Requirements for
Receptionist:
High school diploma required or GED equivalent Previous receptionist and/or customer service experience Ability to type 45 WPM with a minimum of 92% accuracy preferred Ability to multi-task with a high-volume call center Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Responsibilities and Duties:
Handle both incoming and outgoing calls on a high-volume multiline. Transfer all incoming calls to the correct location. File documents and incoming mail as directed. Ability to work in a high-stress, fast paced environment. Ability to operate computers, communication radios and multiline Greets visitors and directs them in a professional manner as needed. Performs other clerical related duties as assigned. Other assigned duties from Manager.
