What You'll Be Doing As our Receptionist, you'll be at the heart of our daily operations —supporting customers, keeping communication flowing, and helping maintain a positive, motivated workplace. Strong communication skills and enthusiasm are key! Your Day-to-Day Keep the office running with general administrative support Answer calls and communicate with confidence, warmth, and professionalism Help route customer needs to the right teams Participate in team communication through Slack , sharing updates, encouragement, and positive energy Support coworkers as needed—you're a team player!
