Job Description:

The Receptionist is responsible for: Greeting the public and answering telephone calls. Assists staff and the public by answering questions, giving appropriate information. Routes all calls and walk-ins to appropriate personnel. Takes and delivers messages. Assisting Accounts Payable with entering invoices and matching paperwork. Keeps updated labor allocation sheet daily. Closes the reception area at the end of the day. Monitors the use of all office equipment and calls for repairs and order supplies as needed. Performs light janitorial duties. Other duties as assigned. Education and training The Receptionist must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical Requirements Basic Knowledge of office equipment. Basic computer skills. Professional demeanor and phone etiquette. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
