Position Overview We are seeking a professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and support day-to-day office communication. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays an important role in maintaining an organized and welcoming office environment. Key Responsibilities Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally Greet and assist visitors and customers upon arrival Schedule appointments and manage calendars Respond to general customer inquiries via phone and email Maintain organized records, files, and office documentation Support data entry and basic administrative tasks Assist with coordinating communication between staff and customers
Requirements:
Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and phone etiquette skills Professional, friendly, and organized demeanor Basic computer skills (email, scheduling tools, data entry) Ability to multitask in a busy office environment Reliable and team-oriented
