Introduction We are looking for a polished and dependable Receptionist to manage front desk operations and deliver a professional, welcoming experience for all visitors and callers. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, personable, and thrive in a structured environment. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide a positive first impression. Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls efficiently. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry. Support internal teams with day-to-day office coordination. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable handling both in-person and phone interactions. Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling software, data entry). Reliable and punctual. Entry-level candidates welcome; training provided.
