Responsibilities include but not limited to: Greeting clients in a timely, professional, and friendly manner Answering multiple phone lines in a timely manner Scheduling appointments, surgical procedures, boarding reservations Filing charts Maintaining a clean and organized front desk work environment Recording medical information in charts Checking clients in & out for appointments Collecting payments (credit cards, cash, & Care Credit) Handling cash and balancing out cash drawer daily Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Prior customer service and/or veterinary experience is preferred. Competent communication and computer skills are needed. Experience with Cornerstone software and Care Credit is a plus. Morning, evening, and Saturday availability needed.
