Summary We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team at Heritage Senior Living of Marysville. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere while managing administrative tasks essential for our operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff or department. Assist with scheduling reservations for the private dining room. Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Strong customer service skills with a compassionate approach to resident interactions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
