In addition, the concierge assists residents in an efficient manner as directed by the Administrator. Greets all visitors, residents, family members, and associates in a warm and inviting manner on the phone and by standing and walking around the desk for anyone entering the community Document customer service trends Assist with back up admissions/marketing Maintain patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, enthusiasm, and be able to work harmoniously with other personnel Position is part time, evenings

Requirements:
