Job Description

The face of Laurel Health Care Company! The Receptionist is the first one to greet visitors and offer assistance. In addition, the concierge assists residents in an efficient manner as directed by the Administrator. If you have great customer service skills, enjoy working with people, and a welcome smile, this role is for you! This position is
PART TIME
evenings. The hours are 5pm-9pm and require every other weekend with 2-4 shifts per week. The Laurel Health Care Company offers one of the leading employee benefit packages in the industry.

Responsibilities:
Greets all visitors, residents, family members, and associates in a warm and inviting manner on the phone and by standing and walking around the desk for anyone entering the community Document customer service trends Assist with back up admissions/marketing Maintain patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, enthusiasm, and be able to work harmoniously with other personnel Position is part time, evenings
Requirements:
