Position Overview Reverse Aesthetics is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our growing med spa team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, luxury experience for every client from the moment they walk through our doors. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries promptly Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently Educate clients on services, memberships, promotions, and retail products Process payments and maintain accurate client records Support providers and staff with daily operational needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when necessary Assist with social media content, client follow-up, and marketing initiatives as needed Ensure a high-end client experience at all times Qualifications Previous front desk, receptionist, spa, med spa, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Experience with EMR systems, preferable Aesthetic Record Sales experience or ability to recommend services/products confidently Passion for aesthetics, beauty, wellness, weight loss, and hormone optimization Experience working with weight loss and HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) patients is a plus
