The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as a member of a team, and will be highly organized. This position is located in a fast-paced environment and offers competitive pay, full benefits and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests in a friendly manner. Operate a telephone switchboard. Answer questions and direct calls appropriately. Process mail and other items to the appropriate person or location. Organize and store files and supplies. Follow proper safety precautions while working around equipment and materials. Refer guests to others when needed. Use basic technology such as the internet or e-mail.
