Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient experience. Your organizational skills and positive attitude will help keep our office running smoothly while providing exceptional customer support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise in a fast-paced environment where your contributions truly matter. Work Hours will be Monday-Thursday 2pm-7:15pm Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and office supplies inventory to support daily operations Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office programs. Support office management tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments Qualifications Proven office or clerical experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and calendar management Knowledge of customer service best practices and phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently with strong time management skills Previous experience as a receptionist, medical or dental receptionist, or personal assistant is advantageous but not required Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while growing your administrative career!
