Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage calendar appointments and scheduling for staff members. Handle incoming calls using phone systems, taking payments, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and maintaining office organization. Assist with office management tasks to ensure a productive work environment. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing administrative support. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service experiences. Skills Proficient in calendar management and scheduling techniques. Experience as a customer service representative is a plus but not required. Strong customer support skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively. Familiarity with phone systems and office management practices. Excellent organizational skills to manage files and documentation efficiently. Strong attention to detail in all tasks performed. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual responsibilities.
