Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Salon Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our vibrant salon. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand's energetic vibe Schedule appointments efficiently using our POS (Point of Sale) system, ensuring optimal booking flow Manage phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, providing information about services, products, and promotions Handle retail sales by upselling products and promoting new merchandise through product demos and personalized recommendations Process transactions accurately including cash handling, credit card payments, and receipts using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including stocking retail shelves and merchandising displays Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and supporting product demos to enhance client experience Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably within a grocery store or similar fast-paced environment Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in managing team tasks or training new staff Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math for handling transactions accurately Experience in upselling, merchandising, and product demos to enhance sales opportunities Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly attitude in a lively setting Join us as a Salon Receptionist and become an essential part of our dynamic team!
