RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Accept payment, explain bills and alert customers of bills requiring payment. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Support social media platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in service and sales conversations. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
