Aventura at Oakwood is now hiring a Receptionist! PRN-Weekends We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, you will play an essential role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately Maintain visitor logs and follow facility sign-in procedures Provide clerical support, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry Distribute mail, packages, and messages as needed Support various departments with basic administrative tasks Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable Uphold confidentiality and comply with all facility policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using phones, computers, and office equipment Professional and positive attitude Experience in healthcare or long-term care is a plus but not required Why Join Us?
