FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE / MEMBER EXPERIENCE XO

Fitness & Wellness - Centerville, OH We are looking for a high-energy, outgoing, and motivated Front Desk Associate to join our team at XO Fitness & Wellness. This is NOT just a front desk position. This role is also a sales position focused on building relationships, converting leads into members, and helping grow the studio. We are looking for someone who can create an incredible first impression, confidently talk to potential members, and deliver a high-level customer experience from the moment someone walks through the door. If you are personable, driven, organized, and comfortable talking to people about fitness memberships and services, we want to meet you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and check in members with professionalism and energy Deliver an exceptional member experience Respond to calls, texts, social media inquiries, and leads Conduct studio tours and explain membership options Convert prospects into memberships Follow up with leads and potential members Assist with retail sales and promotions Support member retention and overall studio culture Maintain studio cleanliness and organization Assist with daily administrative tasks and studio operations
