About the Position... This position is scheduled for a minimum of 35 hours per week but can at times approach up to 45 hours. This position requires a warm and welcoming demeanor, an eye for detail and a willingness to multi-task. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, handling medical paperwork and ensuring that the team is kept up-to-date on patient medical information.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and greet clients in a friendly manner. Keep records of client information. Create and maintain log books of veterinary visits.
