Hey — yes, YOU. Are you the person who makes everyone feel instantly at home? Bang! Hair Studio is growing. We're moving into a brand-new space — bigger, brighter, with a spa, new stylist stations, and a whole lot of good energy — and we need a Front Desk Coordinator who can be the heartbeat of the front of house. We've been making Youngstown look (and feel) amazing since 2009. We're inclusive, energetic, and serious about creating an experience guests can't stop talking about. If you're warm, organized, and a little bit obsessed with great service, keep reading. What you'll actually do Greet every guest like they're the most important person to walk in that day (because they are) Run the booking system, manage the schedule, and keep the day flowing smoothly Answer calls, texts, and DMs with personality and speed Check guests in and out, handle payments, and rebook like a pro Be the calm in the chaos — juggle the desk, the phone, and a full lobby without breaking a sweat Help us launch and grow our new spa services and memberships Keep the front desk organized, stocked, and looking sharp What we're looking for A genuinely warm, people-first personality Organized and detail-driven — you love a good system Cool under pressure and quick on your feet Comfortable with technology and learning new software A team player who's ready to grow as we grow Previous front desk, retail, hospitality, or salon experience is a plus (but the right attitude wins) Why you'll love it here A fun, supportive, no-drama team that actually likes each other A beautiful brand-new space to work in Room to grow — we're scaling, and we promote from within A culture that's inclusive, energetic, and genuinely good to its people Ready to join the Bang! family? with your resume and a quick note telling us why you'd be the perfect first face of Bang!.
