Front Desk Receptionist

Generations Behavioral Health, an equal opportunity employer, is seeking an experienced parttime medical receptionist for our Youngstown hospital! This position provides reception, communication and customer service support using verbal, written and electronic techniques to maintain fluid and efficient communicational operations throughout the hospital.

Key responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and directs them as required Answers all doors either via doorbell or physical after screening visitor /drop off company Screen visitors by ensuring al cell phones and contraband are removed Receives Discharge packets from units and delivers to appropriate department Collaboratively works with Central Intake regarding patient admission packet to respective unit Assures patient labels of new admissions are routed to Dietary Approachable and maintains a smile with welcoming personal Promotes a compassionate environment when communicating with patients and families Adheres to infection-control policies and protocols

Pay:

From $16.00 per hour
