Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Provide general support to visitors, clients, and staff members
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Requirements:
  • Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
