Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Weekend Receptionist to join our dynamic team! This vital role ensures smooth front desk operations during weekend hours, providing exceptional customer service and efficient administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will create a welcoming environment while managing multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, possess excellent organizational skills, and enjoy supporting a vibrant office atmosphere, this opportunity is perfect for you! Saturday and Sundays 7am-3pm. Duties Greet visitors warmly and direct them to appropriate personnel or services with friendly professionalism Answer and manage multiple lines on a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and courteous communication Handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, providing information or transferring calls as needed Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or clients Support office management tasks such as bookkeeping using QuickBooks, data entry, and record keeping Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare documents and reports Requirements Proven experience in front desk or office administration roles with strong clerical skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry software Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor and positive attitude Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential Familiarity with office management procedures such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred) Prior office experience combined with administrative expertise will ensure success in this role Join us as a Weekend Receptionist to be the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly!
