THE JOB:
As a Pool Receptionist at ARIA, you will serve as the welcoming first point of contact for guests enjoying the resort's refined pool experience. In this role, you will perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties while delivering professional, attentive service in alignment with department guest service standards and MGM Resorts International policies and procedures. With your polished demeanor, strong organizational skills, and commitment to excellence, you will help ensure smooth daily operations and create a seamless, elevated arrival experience that reflects ARIA's sophisticated atmosphere.THE STARTING RATE
$14.20 USD HourlyTHE DAY-TO-DAY
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff Maintain all office equipment as needed and coordinates repairs Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and looks neat for all incoming guests Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issuesTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holiday required Must be 18 years of age or older 1+ Years of prior relevant experience as a receptionist for a Pool or similar resort environment preferredTHE PERKS & BENEFITS
