Introduction We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to support front desk operations and provide exceptional service to visitors, customers, and team members. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, staying organized, and contributing to a positive and efficient office environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Manage appointments, schedules, and front desk coordination activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry. Support office operations and provide general administrative assistance. Maintain accurate records and assist with office communications. Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence as needed. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
