Our agency opened in 2017 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, service, and strong performance. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an Edward Jones advisor and a State Farm team member, and I come from a State Farm family, which has given me a deep understanding of the business. I'm a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma and a proud husband and father of three girls. Family and community are incredibly important to me and are a big part of how I lead the agency. We stay actively involved in the community through our church, supporting local schools and sports, and giving back in meaningful ways, including helping pay off school lunch debt for students in need. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist•State Farm Agent Team Member. Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
