Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a warm and professional experience. You will manage a variety of administrative tasks, including office management, data entry, scheduling, and customer support, all while maintaining a welcoming front desk environment. Your organizational skills and computer literacy will be essential in supporting daily operations and fostering a productive workplace. Duties Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing exceptional customer service at the front desk Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and executives using CRM Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all records Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mailings, and courier services Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, scheduling and court runs Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, organizing files, and supporting team members Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred Knowledge of office management practices along with clerical experience such as filing, proofreading, and calendar management Familiarity with receptionist duties is a plus but not required Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents shine!
