Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Tax Processor to join our team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with tax processing duties, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate financial documentation. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and clerical expertise in a fast-paced environment, supporting both client interactions and tax-related workflows. Duties Greet clients and visitors warmly, managing front desk operations with professionalism and friendliness Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and filing systems Assist with document proofreading, formatting, and ensuring accuracy of tax forms and correspondence Support office management tasks such as filing, organizing client files, and handling incoming/outgoing mail Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring positive client experiences Maintain a clean, organized reception area while adhering to office policies on confidentiality and professionalism Experience Previous office or clerical experience preferred, especially in roles involving customer service or administrative support Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required Experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and data entry is highly desirable Bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse clients effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to handle phone etiquette professionally while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous but not mandatory Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering excellent service while honing your administrative skills!
