The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you have at least one year of ophthalmology front desk experience, and would like to learn more about becoming part of our amazing Team, please send your resume asap. Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services
  • Schedule appointments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the check out area Experience To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Previous experience in an ophthalmic/optometric practice
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in computerized systems
