We have full-time position(s) available at our front desk. Qualified candidates should have the ability to: Welcome patients and visitors by greeting them promptly and providing them courteous customer service. Register patients in the electronic health record, verify insurance eligibility and receive co-payments and co-insurance and collect outstanding balances. Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording and updating personal, financial and insurance information into the electronic medical record. Monitor and maintain waiting room and work area to ensure a clean and professional environment. Work well as part of a team, contributing to a positive productive work environment. Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication. Be willing to work twelve hour shifts (10:30 am to 10:30 pm) 3 days a week with alternating weekends.
