Professionalism Full Job Description Job Summary :
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and processing sales orders.
Schedule :
Monday
  • Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Duties :
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Process sales; prep invoice, cash & card handling, sold tags, delivery paperwork
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily paperwork
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Monitor front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Skills :
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
  • Experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Must be dependable and reliable
  • This position requires frequent sitting, standing and walking a 17,000 sq. ft showroom
  • Must be both a team player (able to blend with our 11 person team) and able to work independently with minimal supervision If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service , we encourage you to apply for this position.
