Work is routine and repetitive in nature and may require strenuous physical exertion at times, including the ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs.
Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent you will be the first impression for our guests upon arrival and throughout their stay. Your goal is to provide Level5 Hospitality and service for each and every guest.Duties/ Responsibilities:
Perform all check in and check out tasksOperate the front desk according to standard operating procedures and with exceptional guest serviceKnow emergency procedures and ow to respondComplete daily reports, audit correspondence, as required by shiftReceive and confirm credit cards for validity and acceptabilityWelcome guest upon their arrival and assign roomsTake incoming calls, online and in-person room booking requests, and answer questions about guests needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, and special requestsCommunicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are readyManage online and phone reservationsRespond to clients complaints in a timely and professional mannerCreate incident reports for guest injuries/issues when requiredMaintains a high standard of personal appearance and grooming, which includes compliance with the dress code policyPerforms other related duties as requiredRequired Skills/ Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareWork experience as a Front Desk agent preferredLevel5 High Touch serviceExcellent communication and organizational skillsFlexibility with shifts and schedulingMust be available weekends and/or holidaysMust have transportation to and from workMust have stellar attendance and punctualityMust have transportation to and from workMust have stellar attendance and punctualityEducation and Experience:
High School diplomaPhysical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shift.Must be able to access and navigate the facility.
