Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Infopac, Microsoft Teams, and SAP to maintain accurate records and financial transactions Support office management activities such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing files for easy retrieval Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting clients or patients with their needs Handle clerical responsibilities such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining office supplies inventory Maintain phone etiquette standards while directing calls efficiently and courteously to appropriate personnel Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are highly desirable Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing systems, and general clerical tasks Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Previous experience in customer support or receptionist roles, especially in medical or dental settings, is a plus Demonstrated computer literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software tools Join us in a role that combines energetic engagement with meticulous organization!
