Receptionist

Kiefer Nissan Volvo is dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients. We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our visitors and provide administrative support to various departments.

Job Description:

Front Desk Management:

Greeting and welcoming visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. Managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments, and taking messages when necessary. Maintaining a tidy and organized front desk area.

Administrative Support:

Assisting with general office tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying. Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.

Customer Service:

Ensuring excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner. Directing visitors and clients to the appropriate personnel or department.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment. A friendly and approachable demeanor.
