Job Description

Conifer House is currently hiring a receptionist. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task with a friendly smile, must be quick to learn new computer programs, and possess poise and confidence.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Graduate
  • Maturity
  • Computer Literacy
  • Receptionist experience is preferred!
  • A heart for serving the senior population.
JOB DUTIES
  • Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Managing multi-line phone system
  • Scheduling, verifying, troubleshooting transportation for residents
  • Taking payments, giving receipts
  • Meal ticket preparation
  • Picking up and distributing mail
  • Meet, greet, direct visitors All applicants must pass background and employment drug tests upon hire, all information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
Pay:
$18.00
  • $19.
50 per hour
