Front Desk Team Member•
FIT HAPPENS
At FIT HAPPENS, our Front Desk Team Members play a vital role in creating an upbeat, welcoming, and positive experience for every member and guest who walks through our doors. As the face of our gym, this position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while helping maintain a fun, organized, and motivating environment. This role involves assisting members with check-ins, memberships, class scheduling, and general questions while supporting the overall daily operations of the facility. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm Manage front desk check-ins and guest registrations Provide information about memberships, personal training, boxing classes, circuit training, and gym programs Answer incoming phone calls and assist with questions or appointment scheduling Support new member enrollment and account assistance Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Assist with retail sales and member purchases Conduct regular facility walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness and safety standards Communicate maintenance or operational concerns to management Help with opening and closing duties as assigned Create a positive and motivating environment for members and guests Assist management with additional operational tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Comfortable multitasking in a busy gym environment Basic computer knowledge Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Passion for fitness, health, and helping others Sales experience ( Not Required but a plus) Bi lingual ( Not Required but a plus) Why Join
