Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Fronk Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and can provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced local pediatric dental office.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients upon arrival Check out patients and schedule future appointments Answer incoming phone calls Review treatment plans and consents with patients Verify patient information and maintain accurate records Assist with patient paperwork Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a positive patient experience

Qualifications:

Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer skills and ability to learn practice management software Experience in a medical or dental office is a plus, but not required
