Requirements:

Previous medical office or chiropractic office experience required Familiarity with ChiroTouch practice management software strongly preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional demeanor with patients, providers, and staff

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and schedule appointments Check patients in and out Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations as needed Collect copays and balances Organize patient records Manage patient records and clinic documentation Assist with general front office operations Maintain a welcoming and professional patient experience

Schedule:

Starting at approximately 10-15 hours per week Additional hours may become available as the clinic continues to grow and operational needs increase

Compensation:
