Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle phone calls, provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients, and assist the owner as needed. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will ensure smooth office management and a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage phones, directing calls efficiently, and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle front desk duties including filing, emails, and managing incoming correspondence Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support office operations Manage social media marketing and promotion of the company Maintain organized office spaces, including filing systems and supply inventories Support calendar management for team members, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks when needed Provide customer support by addressing inquiries accurately and courteously in person or over the phone Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant platforms to streamline daily tasks Support office management activities such as managing office supplies and ensuring efficient workflow Requirements Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills Experience with phone systems and front desk operations preferred Knowledge of data entry, filing systems, proofreading, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience is advantageous) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in an independent work environment Previous experience is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also valued Join us and become an integral part of our team!
