Receptionist

We are a busy, fast-paced dental office seeking a dependable and motivated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, friendly, and trustworthy while providing excellent customer service to our patients. Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Must work approximately 9 Saturdays per year 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Responsibilities Check patients in and out Schedule and confirm appointments Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls Check and respond to office emails Verify dental insurance information and benefits Submit insurance claims electronically Post insurance payments and patient payments Send referrals to specialists and other offices as needed Maintain accurate patient records Provide excellent customer service in a busy office environment Qualifications Previous dental or medical office experience preferred but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Basic computer, email, and phone skills required Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Ability to remain patient and professional when dealing with upset or frustrated patients Benefits Performance-based pay increases and bonuses retirement matching up to a certain percentage Pay starts at $13/hr for training then will quickly increase with performance.
