Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Clerk to join our team! This vital role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive attitude. You will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and support office management tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and support. Answer, direct, and manage incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain a clean, organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for office staff or professionals. Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry in software like QuickBooks or Google Workspace, and basic bookkeeping. Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies inventory. Provide support for administrative projects, including organizing files, handling customer inquiries, and supporting team members as needed. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills. Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools. Prior experience working with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette best practices. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus. Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is preferred but not required. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.
