Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Services staff to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing excellent phone etiquette. Provide information about salon services and retail. Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and urgency. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role. Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems is advantageous. Strong communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards guest interactions.
