Front Desk Receptionist

Maruca Dental P.C. has been providing excellent care for almost 30 years. We are seeking a motivated dental receptionist who is also willing to be cross-trained as a dental assistant. Experience in dental industry is preferred, but not necessary. However, we are looking for someone with dental insurance knowledge, or someone who is willing to learn. Duties include, but not limited to: Assisting team members in any nonclinical efforts to manage smooth operations. Assisting with collecting payments and scheduling patients Managing phone calls and organizing patient appointments Billing Insurance companies Helping other team members when needed to make sure the whole office is functioning properly.

Benefits:

Hourly Rate of $18.00

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8AM

• 4:30 PM. Wednesday 7AM-3PM. Friday 7AM-12PM. 1st Saturday of March, April, September, October
• 7AM-12PM.

Experience:

Prior Dental receptionist or assisting experience preferred but not required. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dental receptionist preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology
• A great work-ethic, willingness to learn, and dependability.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
