Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will manage all aspects of guest accommodations, from check-in to check-out, while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Shifts:
7:00 AM- 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM
- 11:00 PM Weekend availability is required
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage reservations via phone, online platforms, and in person Verify payment methods and process guest transactions Welcome guests and assign rooms based on availability and preferences Provide accurate information about hotel rooms, rates, amenities, and services Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely, professional manner Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, organized, and ready Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information Assist with group reservations and special arrangements (e.g., weddings, VIP guests) Promote and upsell additional hotel services and amenities when appropriateQualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role preferred Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, OnQ, FOSSE) Understanding of travel and booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com, TripAdvisor) Strong customer service mindset with a positive attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentJob Type:
